Radiometer’s products help healthcare professionals in the diagnosis and treatment of critically ill patients. That's why Radiometer joins partnerships that help us improve the treatment of critically ill people around the world and, particularly, in developing nations.
Radiometer actively supports the United Nations’ Millennium Development Goals 2015 and the UN efforts against child mortality. We believe acute care analysers and knowledge should be available where needed.
Radiometer also engages in partnerships with governments and core healthcare institutions in developing countries, sharing knowledge about how to diagnose critically ill patients with blood gas analysers.
The training is targeted at physicians and nurses working at private, public and faith-based hospitals. It covers a wide range of theoretical as well as practical issues related to the diagnosis of critically ill patients who may suffer from e.g. HIV/AIDS or tuberculosis.
